Do I need to purchase gel or stickers seperately?

Every nail set comes with a free basic gel stickers for first use. However, if you'd like the press-on nails to stay on longer than 5 days, we recommend using our advanced gel alternatives – enhanced gel stickers or hardening gel.

How many times can I re-use my press-on nails?

You can continue to reuse the nails as long as you’d like unless there are damages caused by outside force, or permanent glue.

Please note that if you decide to use permanent glue to wear our products, you won’t be able to reuse the nails because the chemicals used to take off the nails will damage the press-on nails permanently.

What if two of my fingers don't fit the size chart?

Please choose that size that fits most of your fingers. And if your nails happen to be in between sizes, please choose the larger size, since the nails can be shaved down with a nail filer.

I'm not sure of my size of my ring/bracelet?

Fortunately, most of our rings and bracelets are one-size-fits-all! Our accessories feature adjustable or open backings, unless specifically stated.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is made with real Silver, Gold, Pearls, and Cubic Zirconia.

Our metals are tarnish-resistant and safe to wear.

How long until my order is shipped?

All orders are hand-packed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from our LA warehouse. If your order is placed past 1pm EST time on Friday, your order will be shipped the following week.

Please allow extra time around holidays. We will always let you know if your orders are taking longer than expected!

How do I track my order? / Help! My package has not arrived or is lost!

Please check your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email. This email is automatically emailed to you after we ship out your order.

Transit time may greatly vary depending on weather, holidays, and other factors. Please be patient and check the tracking number for updates.

We are not responsible for any delays or missing of your package. Please contact the courier by which your order was shipped. However, you may email us and we will try our best to assist you.

My item doesn’t fit. What can I do?

The easiest way to exchange your item for a different size is to return the item, and place a new order for the correct size.

The item must be unworn with original stickers and packaging. If your return is approved, you will be issued store credit.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we received the item back at our warehouse, it may take up to 5-7 days to process your return.

Refunds typically take 10 business days to be assigned store credit.
